Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: February 2025
Transparency first: We believe in full disclosure. When we introduce you to third-party platforms and you sign up through our referral, we may earn a commission. This page explains how that works and what it means for you.
What Are Affiliate Relationships?
Thoughtcrime participates in affiliate programs with certain cryptocurrency exchanges and other service providers. This means:
- When we introduce you to a platform during our services
- And you sign up using our referral link
- We may receive a commission from that platform
What This Means for You
No additional cost: Using our referral link costs you nothing extra. In many cases, you may receive a welcome bonus or fee discount.
Your choice: You are never obligated to use our referral links. You can always sign up directly with any platform without our involvement.
Independence: Our educational guidance is based on your needs, not on which platforms pay the highest commissions.
How We Handle Affiliate Relationships
- Disclosure: We verbally disclose affiliate relationships during every relevant consultation
- Written acknowledgment: Our service agreements include explicit affiliate disclosure clauses
- No obligation: We never require clients to use our referral links
- Education focus: We teach you how to evaluate platforms yourself
Types of Compensation
We may receive sign-up bonuses or trading fee rebates. We do NOT receive compensation based on the amount you deposit, specific trades, or your investment outcomes.
