User error is the most common cause of loss

No Custody or Asset Management

Take custody of your assets
Hold your private keys or seed phrases
Execute transactions on your behalf
Have access to your wallets after setup
Manage or monitor your holdings

That hardware or software will be free of vulnerabilities
That recommended tools will remain secure indefinitely
